Pastor Vernell Adams

Senior Pastor, Rhythm Church | Dean of Students, Warrington Prep | U.S. Army Veteran

Pastor Vernell Adams is a dynamic voice for mental health and spiritual growth in the Pensacola community. A former Master Police Officer and proud Army veteran, he now leads as Senior Pastor of Rhythm Church and serves as Dean of Students at Warrington Preparatory Academy. Through mentorship, life coaching, and motivational speaking, Pastor Vernell is committed to creating safe spaces for transformation. His bold, compassionate message reminds young people that they are never alone—and healing is always possible.

Dr. Justine Williams Roper, PT, DPT

CEO, InHer Physique | Women’s Health Expert | Motivational Speaker

Dr. Justine Roper is a nationally recognized physical therapist and health educator who empowers youth to take charge of their mental and physical well-being. She is the CEO of InHer Physique Pelvic Therapy and the creator of DoctorJus.com, blending science, soul, and storytelling. With degrees from Howard University and the University of Florida, Dr. Roper delivers a powerful message of resilience, purpose, and whole-body health.

Theahmad Thomas – The Hip Hop Teacher

Educator | Musician | Mental Health Advocate

Theahmad Thomas, aka The Hip Hop Teacher, blends education and art to empower the next generation. A graduate of the University of West Florida, he created MY’ND Music, an innovative model that explores the healing power of music and emotion. Whether on stage or in the classroom, Theahmad shows youth how to process pain, express emotion, and find purpose through rhythm. He lives by the powerful motto: “When words can’t be spoken, the music becomes the voice of the voiceless.”

Natasha Vollendorf, CPT

Health Coach | Krav Maga Instructor | Creator of Davidic Drumming®

Natasha Vollendorf is on a mission to help people reconnect to wellness through movement and faith. A certified fitness and nutrition professional, Natasha developed Davidic Drumming®, a powerful blend of praise dance and therapeutic drumming. With certifications in music healing, advanced nutrition, and a Master Gardener through UF, Natasha brings a whole-person approach to healing—rooted in resilience, creativity, and connection to the Creator.

Shaniyah Golden – Youth Storyteller

Teen Artist | Aspiring Youth Minister | Mental Health Advocate

Shaniyah Golden is a bright and bold teen voice from Pensacola, FL. A graduate of SSA’s storytelling program, she first inspired audiences at last year’s summit and continues to use her voice to uplift her generation. Whether sharing spoken word, faith testimony, or art, Shaniyah is committed to spreading the message that healing is possible—and your story matters.

Jenari Golden – Youth Storyteller

High School Sophomore | Creative Leader | Youth Advocate

Returning for a second year, Jenari Golden is a rising leader who brings creativity, honesty, and heart to the stage. A graduate of SSA’s storytelling program, she uses her platform to help others feel seen, heard, and supported. From conferences to community service, Jenari continues to inspire others through her authenticity and passion for mental health awareness.
