Davidic Drumming®️ helps you release stress, build body awareness, and connect with your Creator through music and motion. It’s more than fitness—it’s a therapeutic celebration of healing, freedom, and joy.

Ever wanted to create your own song or poem? We’ll learn how music can help us express our feelings and thoughts. We will also create our own songs and poems together, and you’ll see how music can be like magic for your mind and heart.

Session #3 Move for Your Body & Mind​

It’s time to get active and feel good! This exciting session is all about moving your body and taking care of your mind. We’ll talk about why it’s important to stay healthy and active, and we’ll learn some easy ways to do it every day.
