Step into the world of theater with our fun workshop! Get ready to unleash your creativity and boost your confidence through exciting theater games and improv exercises. You’ll work together with others, practice active listening, and express yourself in new ways. Facilitators: Christine Kellogg, Judy Uchida, Harper Garcia, Gabby Long, and Klarissa Moore (PenArts)

The Do’s and Dont’s of Public Speaking

Learn how to speak up confidently in this engaging workshop! Discover tips for speaking in front of others and learn how public speaking can help us fight against mental health stigmas. Whether you’re a pro at speaking or brand new to it, this session will give you the skills to make a difference when you speak to others. Facilitator: Alicia Tappan (Survivor-Led Solutions)

Move for Your Body & Mind

It’s time to get active and feel good! Join us for an exciting workshop all about moving your body and taking care of your mind. We’ll talk about why it’s important to stay healthy and active, and we’ll learn some easy ways to do it every day. Facilitator: Dr. Justine Roper, PT, DPT (InHer Physique Pelvic Therapy & Wellness)

Unleashing Creativity and Gratitude Through Journaling

Get ready to discover new ways to express yourself and feel thankful! We’ll learn fun journaling techniques and use tools like the ‘Gratitude Bloom Journal’, balloons, and a gratitude jar to feel more positive. These games and activities help us appreciate the good things in life. Facilitator: Megan Manigault (I AM VOICES)

Express Yourself Through Art

Let’s get creative and make some art! We’ll explore how art can help us feel better. You will explore different art activities and learn how drawing, painting, and creating things can make you happier, and help you express yourself in healthy ways. Facilitator: Daniel Andreu (@artbyandreu)

Mental Music

Ever wanted to write your own song or poem? We’ll learn how music can help us express our feelings and thoughts. We will also write our own songs and poems together, and you’ll see how music can be like magic for your mind and heart. Facilitator: Theahmad Thomas
